PAUSEVO is a self-help and tracking app for adults aged 18 and over who choose to stop or reduce nicotine use. Use PAUSEVO to: • log use across cigarettes, vapes, nicotine pouches, heated tobacco, oral tobacco, nicotine replacement products and other products; • open a simple 2-minute SOS/pause when an urge feels difficult; • choose one of four paths: stop now, reduce the amount, reduce strength and then the amount, or observe for 3–7 days first; • review self-reported progress and estimated money not spent. The core experience works offline. Your main nicotine-use, urge, plan, progress and money records stay on your device. No account is required. The app may show one small, passive advertising banner on the Today screen. A one-time purchase through Google Play at the local price shown there removes ads only; all features remain available without the purchase. Money figures are estimates and illustrations based on information you enter. They are not an account balance or proof that the amount was actually set aside.
