Full description
PART Next is an enhanced specialized tool designed exclusively for researchers and developers to create, configure, and test cognitive assessment and training protocols. This platform builds upon the original PART framework to include gamified interventions in addition to assessment development capabilities. This platform is NOT intended for conducting human subject research directly, but rather serves as a development environment where researchers can design and refine assessment batteries before implementing them in IRB-approved studies. Key features of PART Next: - Design environment for both assessment and training protocols, including central auditory and visual processes, neuropsychological tests, executive function, and attentional control measures - Advanced configuration options for adaptive algorithms and testing parameters - Comprehensive scripting system for customizing assessment and intervention flows - Enhanced gamification elements for creating engaging training protocols - Detailed data logging capabilities for protocol validation PART Next was developed by the Brain Game Center for Mental Fitness and Well-being at Northeastern University and has been supported by grants from the NIH, DOD, and AERDF.
