DigsFact's proprietary AI based product - InstaBud Pro - accelerates property claims and home inspections by eliminating the need for in-person contractor visit in most scenarios. Typically, when a homeowner files a claim, they report basic info and once the adjuster is assigned, they try to get more detailed information via a combination of methods such as site visit, remote inspections, follow-up calls, etc. This results in 60 - 70% of the claims being settled instantly, as soon as the claim is assigned to the adjuster, saving the insurer time and money, while providing an ideal customer experience to the policyholder!
