DayDraft: Plan, Track & Bill

A messy to-do list rarely survives the day. DayDraft transforms your daily task list into a realistic schedule, tracks every billable minute, and shows your earnings in real time. Built for freelancers, remote contractors, and teams who run their own schedule, DayDraft combines smart time tracking with AI assistance to help you plan realistically, track accurately, and provide bulletproof proof of work to employers. How DayDraft works: 1. Advanced Checklists & Timeline Planning Choose how you want to work today. Use our Advanced Checklist Plan to easily tick off items as they come, or let the AI Planner map everything onto a visual Timeline Plan. DayDraft takes your chaotic brain-dump and shapes it into a balanced schedule that fits the actual hours you have, preventing overbooked calendars. 2. Live Time Tracking & Earnings Stop guessing how long tasks took. One tap starts the timer, and it keeps running through interruptions, lock screens, and app restarts. Set your hourly rate and watch your earnings update live as you get things done, keeping an honest and precise record of your billable hours. 3. Complete Transparency for Employers Need to log hours for a client or manager? DayDraft serves as a reliable, tamper-proof system for tracking employee and contractor time. Show your employers exactly where the hours went, eliminate disputes over unlogged time, and build trust through verifiable data. 4. Your Personal AI Advisor Get contextual insights on your work habits. The AI Advisor looks at your logged hours and schedule to help you optimize your routine, spot where you are losing time, and find ways to earn more without burning out. 5. Client-Ready Reports in One Tap No more rebuilding reports from screenshots at month-end. When the job is complete, generate a polished PDF with rates, totals, and payment details already included so you can get paid faster and submit professional timesheets instantly.
