Transfer planer

Transfer planner is the field app for drivers working for a transfer/shuttle operator. Office staff assign trips in the operator's booking system; drivers use this app to carry them out and report back — even where there is no mobile signal for hours at a time. Today See the day's trips at a glance: pickup and drop-off, tappable addresses that open in Maps, guest count, and — where available — live flight status for airport transfers. Vehicle checks Before and after every trip, confirm the vehicle is roadworthy: four required photos around the vehicle, an odometer reading with photo, and any new damage with a note and photo. A check can be completed with no network and is not lost if the app is closed partway through. Empty runs Record a repositioning drive with no passengers the same way as any other trip, from pickup to drop-off. Incident reports Report a tyre problem, accident, near-miss, unsafe condition, medical situation or property damage. Add photos, the vehicle involved, other parties and their details, first-aid and emergency-service notes, and signatures from the driver and, if applicable, the other party. Location is captured once, only if the driver chooses to share it for that report. Fuel and expenses Record fuel stops and other job-related expenses with a photo of the receipt. Messages Read dispatch messages from the office, with an unread count in the header. Notifications The app receives a push notification when a trip is assigned, changed or cancelled, or when the office sends a message. Time-based reminders ("leave in 15 minutes") are scheduled on the device itself, so they still go off with no signal. Offline by design Every action is saved on the device first and queued for sending. Nothing waits for a network reply, and a full day's work survives a restart of the phone. Accounts for this app are created by the transfer operator's office — there is no public sign-up.
