Securo Hub ist die mobile App der Securo-Business-Plattform – eine modulare Lösung, mit der Unternehmen ihren Arbeitsalltag organisieren. Mitarbeitende haben Dienstplan, Zeiterfassung, Aufgaben, Dokumente und mehr immer dabei und bleiben mit ihrem Team verbunden. Securo Hub ist branchenübergreifend einsetzbar – vom Handwerk über Dienstleistung und Handel bis zu Industrie und Sicherheitsgewerbe. Je nach den von deiner Organisation freigeschalteten Modulen stehen unterschiedliche Funktionen zur Verfügung. FUNKTIONEN (modulabhängig) • Dienstplan & Schichten – Einsätze einsehen, Details zu Ort und Zeit abrufen, Verfügbarkeiten pflegen. • Zeiterfassung – ein- und ausstempeln und das eigene Stundenkonto im Blick behalten. • Aufgaben – zugewiesene Aufgaben sehen, bearbeiten und als erledigt markieren. • Personalwesen – Abwesenheiten wie Urlaub und Krankheit melden, Anträge nachverfolgen, persönliche Daten verwalten. • Dokumente & Abrechnungen – Lohnabrechnungen, Nachweise und wichtige Dokumente abrufen. • CRM – Kontakte, Kunden und Vorgänge unterwegs im Zugriff. • Benachrichtigungen & Nachrichten – wichtige Hinweise direkt aufs Gerät. • Außendienst & Kontrollgänge (optional) – Rundgänge starten und NFC-Checkpoints scannen. Während eines laufenden Rundgangs kann die Position an die Zentrale übermittelt werden – für die Sicherheit von Alleinarbeitenden und als Präsenznachweis. FÜR WEN Securo Hub richtet sich an Unternehmen und deren Beschäftigte, die Schichten, Zeiten, Aufgaben und Dokumente zentral und mobil verwalten möchten. HINWEIS Für die Nutzung wird ein Securo-Hub-Konto benötigt, das von deiner Organisation bereitgestellt wird. Ohne Zugangsdaten ist keine Anmeldung möglich. Securo Hub kann Standortdaten – auch im Hintergrund – erfassen, um während eines aktiven Kontrollgangs die Position an die Zentrale zu übermitteln. Diese Erfassung erfolgt ausschließlich während eines laufenden Rundgangs und endet, sobald der Rundgang beendet wird. Die Standortfunktion ist optional und nur in entsprechend ausgestatteten Organisationen aktiv.
