Die Nachsorge nach einer Krebserkrankung ist wichtig und sollte regelmäßig durchgeführt werden. Der MyOnkoGuide unterstützt die Nachsorge für Betroffene nach einer Krebserkrankung (Brustkrebs, Darmkrebs, Rektumkarzinom, Prostatakrebs) mit einem individuellen selbst verwalteten Termin- und Medikamentenmanagement, einem Sport-/Bewegungsprogramm sowie einem Informationsangebot mit Veranstaltungshinweisen und nützlichen Adressen. Zudem hilft das personalisierte Fit2Work-Programm bei einem beruflichen Wiedereinstieg, in dem gezielte Informationen für verschiedene Problemstellungen bereitgestellt werden. Funktionsumfang der App: - Der MyOnkoGuide bietet ein individuelles Terminmanagement, dem der empfohlene Nachsorgerhythmus der jeweiligen S3-Leitlinie der jeweiligen onkologischen Fachgesellschaften hinterlegt ist. Zudem können eigene Arzttermine hinzugefügt werden. - Ein selbst verwalteter Medikamentenplan erinnert an die regelmäßige Einnahme der eingegebenen Medikamente. - Die App enthält ein umfangreiches Sportprogramm mit kleinen Übungsvideos für Einsteiger und Fortgeschrittene. - In der persönlichen Patientenakte können Arztberichte und Befunde, die mit dem Smartphone fotografiert werden, direkt integriert werden. So stehen beispielsweise bei einem Arzttermin alle Befunde auf einen Griff zur Verfügung. - Die App enthält wichtige Informationen zur Nachsorge sowie aktuellen Veranstaltungshinweisen und nützlichen Kontaktadressen für Baden-Württemberg. Eigene Adressen können hinzugefügt werden. - Die App funktioniert in sich geschlossen, auch ohne Internetanschluss. Es werden keine Daten von der App zum Server transportiert, die nicht von der Nutzerin oder dem Nutzer selbst aktiv verschickt werden (Feedbackformular, Fragebogen). - Der Fit2Work-Leitfaden hilft Nutzern bei einem beruflichen Wiedereinstieg nach einer Krebserkankung. Die App wurde vom Onkologischen Schwerpunkt Stuttgart e. V. in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Krebsverband Baden-Württemberg e. V. und der Sächsische Krebsgesellschaft e.V.erstellt, beim Thema Sport mit der fachlichen Beratung und Unterstützung des Nationalen Centrums für Tumorerkrankungen (NCT) Heidelberg.
