WA.cr puts your business conversations in one shared inbox, so a customer never waits on the one person who happened to see the message. Your whole team works the same inbox. Assign a conversation to an agent, or leave it open for whoever is free. Comment internally on a thread with @mentions when you need a colleague's answer before you reply — notes stay between the two of you, never reaching the customer. Get told the moment a customer writes. A new message rings the phone of the agent it belongs to — the assignee if there is one, the team if there isn't — and opens straight to the conversation. See who you are talking to. Contacts and orders sit a tap away, so you can answer "where is my order" without leaving the chat. WA.cr is for teams who already run their business on WhatsApp Business Platform. You sign in to your existing workspace; your owner invites you. Not a personal messaging app: WA.cr does not read your phone's contacts or your personal chats.
