Karam Chats is your team's app for following up on customer conversations from your phone. Karam understands your store, suggests what grows your sales and does it for you, on Salla, Zid, Shopify and other platforms. This app is for your team. Karam's AI Agent replies to your customers. When a customer needs someone from your team, you get an alert and take the conversation from there. Reply from one place • WhatsApp, Instagram, email and store chat in one inbox • Send text, photos, files and voice messages, reply to a specific message or react to it • Saved replies so you type less, created and edited right in the app • Send approved WhatsApp templates once the open reply window has closed Follow up without missing anything • Schedule a message or a WhatsApp template to reach the customer when you choose • Let a scheduled message pause if the customer replies first • Instant alerts when a customer replies, a new chat comes in, Karam's AI Agent asks for your team, a chat is assigned to you, or someone mentions you in a note • See the response deadline on each chat and spot the ones running late • Mark a chat as unread and come back to it later Manage your team's chats • Assign a chat to a teammate or hand it back to Karam's AI Agent in one tap • Ready views: Mine, Unassigned, All, Closed • Filter by status, assignee, team, topic, tag, customer and created date, and save the filters you use as your own views • Tag conversations and leave private notes only your team can see • See customer details and rename the contact • Start a new conversation with a customer or add a contact • Close a chat when you're done • Set your status: Available, Away or Do Not Disturb • Run more than one store on Karam?
