ZQR: Sign, Forms & IDs

Stop filling out the same forms and re-submitting the same IDs. ZQR lets you verify your identity once, then complete, sign and send documents straight from your phone. Your information is encrypted on your device and stays under your control. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Fill a form — digital forms from businesses and institutions that pre-fill from your verified details, so you never re-type your name, address or ID numbers. • Send to sign — upload a document, add who needs to sign it, and send. Each recipient gets their own encryption key; people without the app receive an SMS invite. • Sign documents — review and sign documents sent to you, confirmed with your personal PIN. • Request a document — request certificates and other documents from participating institutions and receive them in the app. • Check a certificate — scan the QR code on a ZQR signature certificate to confirm who signed it and when. • Keep your IDs in a secure vault — store your PhilSys, driver's license, passport, UMID, SSS and other IDs, plus your documents and personal details, all encrypted on your device. • Share on your terms — share an ID card or a document with an expiry, a view limit, and the ability to revoke access at any time. VERIFIED IDENTITY Verify your identity with PhilSys (the Philippine national ID). Once verified, forms show that your details came from a verified source. SECURITY AND PRIVACY • Documents are encrypted on your device before they are uploaded. • Signing uses a personal key protected by your PIN, with a recovery code only you hold. • Every signed document carries a signature certificate with a time-stamp. • Built for the Philippine Data Privacy Act; electronic signatures under the E-Commerce Act (RA 8792).
