Summary totals of macros at each meal time and totals for the day, including consumed calories and calories remaining from your daily allowance. Quickly track regular food items to your daily food diary by creating them as a Meal and tracking all the items again at once. e.g. My Banana Overnight Oats (Oats, Milk & Banana). Keep regular weight logs to build visual progress chart to identify weight loss patterns. Set your own goal weights and view important health stats. Combining the information from a Nova Score and a Nutri-Score provides you with a more comprehensive understanding of your food choices. For example, while Weetabix has a Nova Score of 3, indicating it is processed, its Nutri-Score of ‘A’ highlights its high nutritional value. This dual perspective allows you to make more informed decisions, balancing the benefits and drawbacks of processed foods. Our app empowers you to make informed dietary choices by integrating both the Nova Score and Nutri-Score. This holistic approach helps you understand not only the processing level of your food but also its nutritional value. By considering both scores, you can choose foods that contribute positively to your health, ensuring a balanced and nutritious diet.
