RhythmIQ.Health is a digital mental health and rhythm-monitoring platform designed to help people living with bipolar disorder, cyclothymic disorder, and related mood conditions understand changes in their daily patterns over time. The app helps users build an individualized baseline by combining self-reported information, routines, journaling, medication adherence, mood check-ins, and optional Health Connect data. Supported optional Health Connect data may include sleep, steps, heart rate, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, weight, VO2 max, exercise sessions, and planned exercise. These data sources help users review changes in sleep timing, activity level, physiologic rhythm, and routine consistency. Health Connect is optional and user-controlled. Users choose which supported metrics to connect, can disable metric sharing, and can revoke Health Connect permissions at any time from Android settings or within the app. HOW RHYTHMIQ.HEALTH USES HEALTH CONNECT RhythmIQ.Health uses Health Connect read permissions only to support longitudinal rhythm tracking, individualized baseline summaries, and user-approved care coordination. The app does not use Health Connect data for advertising, data sale, or unrelated profiling. Health Connect data helps users: • Review sleep, activity, and physiologic patterns over time. • Understand changes in daily rhythm and routine consistency. • Compare current patterns against their own historical baseline. • Organize health and self-reported information into structured summaries. • Share selected summaries with approved clinicians, caregivers, or loved ones when they choose. SUPPORTED OPTIONAL HEALTH CONNECT DATA TYPES RhythmIQ.Health may request only the Health Connect data types used for rhythm tracking and user-facing summaries: • Steps: tracks daily activity and behavioral activation. • Sleep: tracks sleep timing, duration, and routine regularity. • Heart rate: tracks physiologic rhythm and baseline changes. • Heart rate variability: supports autonomic and recovery trend review. • Resting heart rate: tracks baseline physiologic changes. • Respiratory rate: provides supportive physiologic context. • Oxygen saturation: provides supportive sleep and physiologic context. • Blood pressure: provides cardiovascular context in summaries. • Weight: provides longitudinal body-state context. • VO2 max: provides fitness and exercise-capacity context. • Exercise sessions: identifies structured physical activity. • Planned exercise: compares planned routine activity with completed activity. PRIVACY & SECURITY • Health Connect is optional. • Users control which permissions are granted. • Users can revoke permissions at any time. • Users control what summaries are shared and with whom. • No ads. We do not sell user data. • Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. • Users can request deletion of their account and associated data.
