The fascial swing movements can be acquired by In-App Purchase. Get your individual training mix according to the test results. It consists of exercises for your imbalances and further swing movements that help you in maintaining your fascial health and fitness. Alternatively, you can have the workout designed according to your limitations or complaints, such as headaches or neck pain. The workout takes round about 10 minutes and can be done anywhere. "Fascial swing movements have a healing power, they loosen and free the entire body," says Barbara Becker about the new workout.
