X Employee

X Employee is the staff app for stores that run X POS, the point-of-sale platform built for convenience stores, liquor stores, smoke shops and other independent retailers. It puts the everyday floor tasks in your pocket, so staff can look up items, fix prices and update stock without walking back to the register. An X POS store account is required. Sign in with the login your store owner created for you. WHAT YOU CAN DO Items • Search the store's full item list by name, SKU or barcode • See department, size, pack and current price for any item • Change a price on the spot and it updates at every register • Quick add a new item the moment it arrives on the shelf Stock • Scan a barcode with the camera to check stock on hand • Replace or adjust the count and push it to the register • Move product between stores with Store Transfers Invoices • Scan a vendor invoice with the camera to receive a delivery Transactions • Look up recent transactions for the store Training videos • Short how-to videos for new staff, built into the app X Employee syncs with the X POS registers in real time, so a price or stock change made on your phone shows up at the counter immediately.
