Geo Orbix

Geo Orbix is an internal workforce attendance application designed exclusively for employees of our company. It helps employees record attendance and allows the company to verify workplace presence using GPS location and geofencing. The application is designed to make daily attendance simple by supporting location-based check-in and check-out according to the company's attendance policy. GPS-Based Attendance The app uses GPS location and a configured workplace area to verify whether an employee is present at the designated workplace. Based on the company's attendance configuration, the system can: Verify an employee's workplace location Record employee check-in Record employee check-out Detect workplace entry and exit Synchronize attendance information with the company's attendance system Background Location & Automatic Attendance The application uses a background location service to support automatic attendance. When background location permission is enabled, the app can continue receiving relevant location information while it is running in the background or when the app is not actively being used. This functionality is required because employees may enter or leave the workplace while the application is minimized, running in the background, or not actively open. The background location service allows the application to detect relevant workplace entry and exit events and update attendance accordingly. For example: Employee enters the workplace → location is detected within the configured attendance area → check-in is recorded. Employee leaves the workplace → location is detected outside the configured attendance area → check-out is recorded. Background location is used specifically for employee attendance and workplace verification. It is not used for advertising or unrelated tracking. Simple Employee Workflow Sign in using your company employee account. Grant the required location permissions. Start your attendance session. The application verifies your location according to the company's attendance configuration. When you enter the designated workplace area, the system can automatically record your check-in. When you leave the designated workplace area, the system can automatically record your check-out. Attendance information is synchronized with the company's attendance system. Attendance Synchronization Attendance information is sent to the company's attendance system so that authorized company personnel can manage and review attendance records. If an internet connection is temporarily unavailable, the application can retain pending attendance information locally and synchronize it when connectivity becomes available. Location Privacy Location access is required to provide the application's GPS-based attendance and workplace verification features. When background location access is enabled, location information may be processed while the application is running in the background or when the application is not actively being used. Location information is used for employee attendance and workplace verification according to the company's attendance policies and privacy policy. Important Information This application is intended only for employees of our company and is not a general-purpose public attendance application. Access to the application and its attendance features may require an authorized company employee account. Attendance rules, workplace locations, attendance radius, automatic check-in/check-out behavior, and other features are configured by the company and may vary according to company policy.
