Full description

Stop answering "is it ready yet?" Send your customer a link instead. WISMO is order management for people who make things to order and take orders on WhatsApp, Instagram or in person. Add the order, tap share, and your customer gets a tracking link that shows your shop name, the step their order is at, and your notes. It opens on any phone. No app, no signup. HOW IT WORKS • Add an order: customer, item, due date, price and deposit • Name your own steps (Cutting, Stitching, Fitting, Ready) and your customer sees those exact words • Share the tracking link in the same WhatsApp chat, or by SMS or email • Move the order along from your phone and the link updates itself KEEP TRACK OF THE MONEY • Record deposits and part payments, and see the balance on every order • Make an invoice in a tap • See your earnings and profit by item in Stats NEVER MISS A DUE DATE • A calendar of everything that's due • A reminder the day before an order is due • An end-of-day summary of your orders ALSO INCLUDED • A customer list with each customer's order history • A product list you reuse when adding orders, with stock that goes down as you sell and a low-stock alert • Export your orders to a spreadsheet (CSV) • Works in 30+ currencies BUILT FOR Dressmakers and tailors, boutiques, home bakers, commission artists, crochet and craft makers, jewellery makers, tattoo artists, and anyone who makes things to order. PRICING Free for your first 30 orders, with everything above included.
