Fleexi Health è una moderna piattaforma cloud native e API first che ci piace definire “Health Agility Layer” perché in grado di superare le rigidità e la frammentazione dei silos che compongono i diversi sistemi di cura pubblici e privati grazie all’adozione di un modello di interoperabilità, detto Connected Care, capace di integrare nuovi modelli organizzativi e soluzioni tecnologiche al fine di abilitare la condivisione delle informazioni cliniche degli utenti tra tutti gli attori coinvolti nel processo di cura e prevenzione.
