Web Wrenchers

Web Wrenchers is the app for auto detailing and auto styling shops that work with Web Wrenchers. It is a business tool for shop owners, managers and techs. It is not a consumer app. It puts the things you run your shop on into one place, on your phone. SHOP INBOX Texts, Instagram messages and Facebook messages from your customers land in one inbox. Your AI booking assistant answers them around the clock and books the job. Jump into any conversation whenever you want, reply by text, Instagram, Messenger or email, send photos, and pause the assistant on that one lead while you handle it yourself. CALENDAR Every job on one screen, by month and by day. Create a booking, reschedule it, cancel it, or block out time off for a day or a whole stretch. Techs see their own jobs and add before and after photos straight from the bay. Tap a customer to see their phone, address and everything they have booked with you, then call or get directions in one tap. METRICS Bookings, revenue, ad spend and commission over the last 7, 30 or 90 days or this month, by job date or by the date it was booked. See what your advertising is producing instead of guessing. Want to change your ad budget? Send the request from the same screen. Owners can open a receipt for every ad spend charge. ROLES THAT MATCH YOUR SHOP Owners see everything. Managers run the inbox and the calendar. Techs see their own jobs. Owners add and remove their own staff and link each tech to a calendar. Got more than one location? Switch between them under one login. BUILT FOR THE SHOP FLOOR Notifications for new customer messages and bookings, and you choose which ones you get. Face ID or fingerprint unlock if you want it. Your services and prices are there to check at a glance. Web Wrenchers is for shops that are already Web Wrenchers clients, and accounts are set up by our team. If you run a detailing or auto styling shop and want to work with us, start at webwrenchers.com.
