WasteStart Mobile

WasteStart Mobile is the driver app for waste and recycling collection crews. Your round, every job, HGV sat-nav and problem reporting are in one app, and it keeps working when the signal drops. YOUR DAY, IN ORDER • See today's round at a glance: every job in order, with a live status for each stop (up next, in progress, weighing, done). • Open any job for the address, the contact and what's needed: drop, exchange or remove, container size and waste type. SAT-NAV BUILT FOR HGVs, NOT CARS • Routes that respect your vehicle's height, weight and width, so you avoid low bridges and roads your truck can't take. • Clear turn-by-turn guidance with lane arrows, live speed limits and spoken directions you can switch on. • Miles in the UK, kilometres in Ireland. NO SIGNAL? NO PROBLEM • View your round, update jobs and report issues with no coverage. Changes are saved on the phone and sync automatically when you're back online. • Download UK or Ireland maps before you set off for full navigation where there's no signal at all. ON THE JOB • Complete pre-start vehicle checks and job checklists, with photos and signatures, at the stop. • Record weighbridge tickets (gross, tare and net) without paperwork. • Leave a note for the office, or one that stays with the site for the next driver. REPORT A PROBLEM IN SECONDS • Skip not ready, access denied, obstruction, breakdown and more. Add a note and photos, and it goes straight to the office. YOUR LOCATION While your round is in progress, WasteStart Mobile shares your location with your office so they can see where you are, including when the app is in the background. Sharing stops when you finish your round. REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT WasteStart Mobile is a workforce app. You sign in with an account from your employer, who must be a WasteStart customer. It can't be used without an organisation account. Questions? Contact [email protected]
