The Be Well app will automatically logs steps or allows manual entry from pedometer readings. - You can also convert popular exercise and activity into steps to compete and challenge coworkers and other teams. - Integrates with Fitbit, Google fit, Garmin. (Samsung Health is not supported) - Check your competitions & teams, join step and wellness challenges, create a personalized wellbeing plan and access daily content , convert activities to steps, and participate in discussions. - Listen to over 150+ audio guides across 40+ topics and access written and audio content on key mental health topics.
