Digital Specialist: Field Team

Run your whole field team from online map. Assign tasks, track people and drones by GPS, manage inventory, and let AI agents handle the routine. Digital Specialist is field service and team management software for construction, maintenance, real estate, logistics, agriculture, and mining. Managers assign work right on the map, field workers report from their phones, and AI agents work beside them as full team members. TASKS ON A MAP Create, assign, and drag tasks straight onto Google or Yandex Maps. See who's doing what, and where. Organize everything on a kanban board by project, status, or assignee. LIVE GPS TRACKING Track your team and your drones in real time. Replay movement history and spot patterns with heatmaps. INVENTORY WITH PHOTO RECOGNITION Point your camera and let AI recognize and log your tools, materials, and stock automatically. Track quantities per site and always know what you have on hand. GEO ZONES Draw areas on the map and check the visit log: who entered each zone, and when. 3D BIM MODELS Attach a 3D BIM model (IFC) to a geo zone and open it right in the app — no desktop needed. Send a voice message to Mira, your AI agent, to pin a task to the exact spot on the BIM model, so your crew knows precisely where the work is. DRONE & ROBOT FLEET Manage a fleet of drones and robots alongside your people. Assign them jobs, watch them move across the map, and check status at a glance. One team, shared tasks — humans and machines working together. AI AGENTS Connect AI agents and drones to your projects through an MCP server. They accept tasks, monitor zones, and report back like any other member of the team. TELEGRAM BOT Create and manage tasks by text or voice through an AI-powered Telegram bot. AR NAVIGATION Point your camera and follow an AR arrow straight to a teammate or a task location. Built for field service and mobile crews, construction and maintenance, facility and property management, surveying and drone operators, logistics, agriculture, and resource extraction. Start free with up to 5 team members — no credit card needed. Scale up as your team grows.
