Vuuv Driven

Vuuv Driven keeps your mileage log for you. Switch on drive detection once, and every drive is recorded in the background with its route, miles and times. When a drive ends, mark it business or personal right from the notification, or later from your list. A LOG READY FOR TAX TIME - Each drive uses the IRS standard mileage rate for its own date. - Medical and charitable drives use their own IRS rates. - Every business drive keeps its date, miles, start and end places and a purpose, such as a client visit, a meeting or supplies, with a note of your own. - GPS drives keep their route on a map. - Export the IRS mileage log as a CSV for your tax preparer, along with a detailed report and the GPS points of your recorded routes. YOUR DRIVES, YOUR WAY - Add a drive the phone missed, with odometer readings if you keep them. - Photograph your odometer as proof of a reading. - Keep more than one vehicle, each with its own drives and odometer readings. - Remove a drive with a reason, and bring it back from Deleted drives. DRIVES THAT SORT THEMSELVES With a Driven subscription, routes you drive often and drives outside your work hours are marked for you, and there is no monthly limit on GPS drives. Without a subscription, Driven records 40 GPS drives a month, and drives you type in yourself never count toward that. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your drives stay in your own account. If your employer adds you to a company account, only the business drives you choose to send are shared with them. Personal drives never are. FOR COMPANIES Employers can reimburse drivers with Vuuv Driven company accounts. Drivers send their business drives to the company, and admins get payroll reports for reimbursement. Company accounts are set up by your employer. LOCATION Drive detection uses your location in the background and motion activity to notice when a drive starts and ends. Location is used only to record drives. Vuuv doesn't give tax advice. Ask your tax preparer which drives you can deduct. Terms: https://vuuv.co/terms Privacy Policy: https://vuuv.co/privacy
