VPass is a visitor registration and management system which enables you to keep track of who is on the premise at your office, school, building site, factory, private or public event, warehouse or any application where you wish to monitor, manage or collect visitor information. VPass is customisable at no additional charge and allows you to record, store and access your visitor information from any internet enabled device. Even if you need to change a function, add or delete a visitor type or change the information you wish to collect, VPass is designed to adapt. Visitors sign in at the iPad (including PIN code sign in) or they may scan a QR code poster with their phones. FEATURES • Configure VPass fields to gather the visitor's name, email address, car registration etc, (only the information you need) • Set up VPass fields according to the type of visitor - example: Contractor, Visitor, Staff, Supplier, Cleaner, Student, etc. (you choose) • Receive email notifications when a visitor signs in • Search your fast loading database by running reports that can be filtered to suit you • Brand VPass with your logo • In case of a building evacuation, VPass allows you to ensure all visitors are present and accounted for • Backed by live web-based cloud storage, visitor information is available when and where you need it • Use multiple iPads to allow your visitors to sign in and out from different locations on the same premise • With paper sign-in books, having visitor information for everyone to see may be troublesome.
