Vidno: Clients & Payments

Vidno helps you keep clients, the schedule and the money in one app instead of a notebook and scattered notes. Open it and you see today's sessions, who paid ahead, who owes you and how much you earned this month. Made for anyone who runs paid one-to-one or small-group sessions: tutors of any subject, music and language teachers, speech therapists, personal trainers, psychologists and coaches, driving instructors. Online, at your place or at the client's. SCHEDULE • Set up a regular session once and it keeps appearing on its own: weekly, every two weeks or monthly • Each day has its own time and length: an hour on Monday, ninety minutes on Thursday • A week grid and a simple list for today • Move or cancel a single session, the rest stay where they are • Your holidays and a client's breaks take sessions off those dates automatically • Group sessions with attendance and payments kept per client • Reminders before a session, only for the clients you choose PAYMENTS AND DEBTS • A balance next to every name, so debts and prepayments are obvious • Paid a month ahead, after every session or late: the balance works itself out • Monthly summary: earned, received and still to come • Different prices for an hour and for ninety minutes • Raise your price from a date: new sessions follow it, past months stay as they were • Mark a last-minute cancellation as paid • Trial and free sessions, one-off discounts • Siblings paid for by one parent can share one balance • Several currencies for clients who pay in dollars, euros or pounds CLIENTS • Client and parent contacts: call or message in one tap • A meeting link for online sessions • Notes on every client • An archive for clients who have finished, with their history kept YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU No sign-up, no cloud, no ads. The app does not even request internet access, so client names, contacts and amounts never leave your phone. Lock the app with your fingerprint or face, and save a copy of your data to a file to move it to a new phone. Works on phones and tablets, with a dark theme and 10 languages.
