ReittiHub – Driver Logbook

ReittiHub is a digital driving logbook built specifically for Finnish taxi drivers and taxi entrepreneurs. Skip the paper forms and spreadsheets — log every shift, break, and euro straight from your phone, and let the app handle the math. WHY REITTIHUB? 🚗 Shift tracking Start and end a shift in a few taps. Log your odometer readings, split kilometers into customer, business, and private driving, and the app automatically checks your totals against Verohallinto's (Finnish Tax Administration) reporting requirements. ☕ Automatic breaks The app automatically calculates the legally required 30-minute rest after every 5.5 hours of driving — per EU driving and rest-time rules. Breaks can also be adjusted manually when needed. 💶 13.5% VAT, calculated instantly Enter your shift's total income plus any tips and compensation — ReittiHub calculates the taxable amount, VAT, and net income in real time. Track your VAT threshold monthly and yearly. 📄 Reports for your accountant Export monthly reports as PDF or CSV in one tap — ready for your accountant or the tax office. 🛡️ Inspection report for roadside checks A separate report with no income data — shows only shifts, kilometers, and breaks, built for police/authority inspections. 🚙 Multiple vehicles Manage more than one vehicle from a single account — ideal for entrepreneurs running several cars or drivers. 🇫🇮 🇬🇧 Finnish and English Switch languages anytime — the whole app works in both Finnish and English. 📊 Dashboard and history See this month's income, kilometers driven, and VAT status at a glance. Browse and correct past shifts whenever you need to. SECURITY Your login credentials are encrypted using your device's own secure storage (Keychain/Keystore) — never stored in plain text. All data is stored securely in the cloud via Supabase. ReittiHub is currently free to use — every feature, no limits. Questions or feedback? We'd love to hear from you at [email protected]
