Local ADB Shell: No PC

Local ADB Shell is a full adb terminal that runs on your Android phone and points at that same phone. No computer, no USB cable, no root — just Wireless debugging. Android Debug Bridge (adb) has always meant plugging into a laptop. It does not have to. Turn on Wireless debugging, pair the phone with itself once, and every adb shell command you would normally type from a desktop, you type on the device itself.
