VIPER Mobile is the field app for the people who actually run the gear and keep it running — machine operators, truck drivers and fitters. No more paper prestarts. No more "I'll log it when I get back to the office." No more rekeying defects into a separate system. Whatever you do on the phone is the same record your supervisor, planner and parts crew see back at base. If you're a machine operator or driver • Knock out your prestart in under two minutes • Log your start and finish SMU on the asset you're running • Flag a defect with a photo the moment you spot it • Get on with your shift — no faffing about with paperwork If you're a fitter • See the jobs assigned to you for the day • Open a service sheet straight from the task • Log defects you find during the service, with photos and component tagging • Log your hours against the job as you go, not at the end of the week • Mark progress so the supervisor knows where the asset is up to • See the full service history of the asset you're working on Works offline Underground, out of range, dead spot in the workshop — VIPER keeps going.
