VertiCore is the operations app for VertiCore Retaining Walls LLC and its dealers. It is a work tool, not a consumer app: you sign in with an account the office issues, and what you can see depends on who you are. FOR THE YARD AND THE PLANT - Block counts on hand, by product, with a monthly count that flags what is being poured today so nobody writes down a number that changes by lunchtime - The mold lineup: which form is set to which block, and how many of each the shop can actually run at once - Scheduled pours as a morning and an afternoon, edited as whole pours rather than one form at a time, with the concrete yardage and U-bolt draw computed from the lineup - Log a pour the crew did outside the schedule, for the days there is leftover concrete - Shop supplies, with one tap to record what was used - Clock in and out, with the location stamped FOR THE OFFICE - Orders from quote through to close-out, linked both ways to QuickBooks: a quote is an estimate, a confirmed order raises a deposit invoice, and shipping raises the balance - Customers, price tiers and deposit terms - Payroll hours by pay period - Record a payment that arrived as a paper cheque, capped against what the invoice actually owes FOR DEALERS - What is in stock right now, including cosmetic seconds at a discount, priced at your own tier - The wall estimator: describe the wall run by run, or upload a drawing, and get a block-by-block takeoff with an elevation and an aerial view - Your open quotes and orders, and your invoices THE ESTIMATOR Every quantity is worked out from the wall, not typed in: courses, corner units, gap inserts, the cap course, the levelling base and the filter fabric. The drawing that comes back is rendered from the same numbers the quantities used, so the picture and the count cannot disagree.
