Practice Log RTM

Practice Log is the parent app for VantageRTM's Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) program. If your child's therapist has enrolled them in the program, this app is how you take part. It takes about 60 seconds a day and makes a real difference in your child's therapy progress. **WHAT YOU DO EACH DAY** Open the app and complete a quick check-in on your child's home therapy practice. There are just three simple steps: - Log in. - Select your child's mood and tap the expression that best fits how the session went. - Add a comment, and share as much detail as you can. The more you tell your child's therapist, the better. Is your child finding the exercises easy or difficult? Which parts are going well? Where are they struggling? What did they enjoy? Every detail helps your therapist understand your child's progress and fine-tune the exercises for what your child needs next. That's it. Your child's therapist receives your check-ins and uses them to understand what's happening at home between visits, insight that wasn't available before. **A NEW KIND OF CONNECTION** This is engagement that simply hasn't existed until now. Between your child's 30-day visits, their therapist can upload fresh exercises right into the app, as a video, an image, or written instructions, so you always know exactly what to work on at home. New exercises are added throughout the 30 days, keeping you and your child engaged, motivated, and moving forward the whole time between visits. **WHY IT MATTERS** Your child's therapist sees your child in person about once every 30 days, and so much of your child's progress depends on what happens at home in between. The more consistently you practice together, the faster your child can grow. Practice Log turns everyday home practice into real momentum: the more often you engage with your child on their exercises, the more your child benefits. Practicing every day, whenever you can, gives your child the best chance to accelerate their learning between visits. **HOW IT WORKS** When your child is enrolled in the RTM program at their therapy practice, you'll receive an email to get started. Download Practice Log, log in with the credentials provided, and you're ready to go. Every time you check in, your therapist gets a clearer picture of your child's week — and can tailor the next exercises to your child's real progress. Practice Log works with many types of therapy, including: - Speech-Language Pathology - Occupational Therapy - Physical Therapy - Behavioral Therapy - Myofunctional Therapy - Feeding Therapy **IMPORTANT** Practice Log is available only to families whose child is currently enrolled in an RTM program through a participating therapy practice. Your login credentials are provided by your child's therapy practice at enrollment. If you don't have credentials, contact your child's therapist to ask about the program.
