Full description

FitBlock locks your most distracting apps behind a simple deal: want screen time? Earn it. Do push-ups — the app counts them with your camera — and every rep unlocks minutes. When your time runs out, the apps lock again. Your steps and workouts count too. It's a screen-time blocker and a fitness nudge in one. No accounts, no ads, no nonsense. USE OF THE ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE FitBlock uses Android's AccessibilityService API solely to detect which app is currently in the foreground, so it can lock that app when your screen time runs out during a blocking time slot. FitBlock does not read, record, or share any content displayed on the screen or any other data. This permission is not used for any other purpose, and the blocking feature only works if you enable it yourself. HOW IT WORKS • Pick the apps you want to keep in check. • Set the days and hours they should be blocked. • When a blocked app runs out of time, do push-ups to unlock more. • The camera detects each rep automatically — just your face over the phone. EARN TIME YOUR WAY • 💪 Push-ups — counted live with on-screen feedback. • 🚶 Steps — your daily walking turns into screen time. • 🏃 Exercise minutes — sync recorded workouts via Health Connect (Pro). STAY MOTIVATED • Daily streaks and a 7-day progress chart. • All-time totals and your single-session record. • See exactly how much screen time you earned from push-ups vs. steps. MAKE IT YOURS • 4 full themes that change the whole vibe — not just colors: a clean Modern look, brushed Metal, a playful Emoji theme, and a dramatic torch-and-sparks Spartan theme. • Three difficulty levels, from gentle to Spartan. FITBLOCK PRO (one-time purchase, no subscription) • Strict mode — no disabling blocking during your schedule. • Advanced stats — streaks, history and progress. • All premium themes. PRIVACY FIRST The camera is used only to count push-ups, on your device. Nothing is uploaded — only a photo of your personal record is saved locally, and you can turn that off. Ready to unlock your apps the healthy way? Install FitBlock and earn your screen time. 💪
