UZYTAK: Tool Tracker

UZYTAK Tools keeps track of your tools and equipment: what you own, who has it, at which site, and when it is due for inspection. Made for small crews and one-person firms. No ads, no account, no subscription, no per-user fees. TOOL REGISTER • Tools, equipment and machines with name, category, brand and model, serial number, photo, purchase date and price, notes • Every item gets a running number like T-0007 and a status: in store, checked out, in service, lost or retired • Your crew members and your sites in two simple lists CHECK-OUT AND RETURN • Who has which tool, at which site, since when • Optional “back by” date; overdue returns are highlighted • A clear history for every item: added, checked out, returned, status changes, service done QR LABELS • Every item has its own QR code • Print sheets of labels for A4 sticker paper in three sizes: 65, 24 or 10 per sheet • Scan a label with the phone camera to open the item and check it out or in with two taps SERVICE AND INSPECTIONS • Next service or inspection date with an optional interval in months • A “due soon” list on the home screen: overdue and the next 30 days • “Mark serviced” moves the next date on by the interval REPORTS • Inventory list with the total purchase value, who has what, per person, per site • As PDF to print or send, and as CSV for Excel or Google Sheets BACKUP • Export the whole register with photos as one ZIP file and share it wherever you like • Import it on a new phone or a second phone FREE AND PRO • Free: up to 25 items with everything for daily use: crew, sites, check-out and return, history, QR codes and scanning, service dates, lists on the screen, importing a backup • Pro, one payment: unlimited items, QR label sheets, PDF and CSV reports, backup export GOOD TO KNOW • The register lives on one phone, for example the foreman's. There is no cloud and no sync between phones — your crew does not need the app • A second phone can get a copy by importing a backup, but changes made on two phones are not merged • The app records who took a tool, not where it is now: no GPS tracking • A record of inspection dates helps with safety checks of power tools, ladders and harnesses, and a list with serial numbers and photos helps with an insurance claim or a police report after theft. The app does not certify anything YOUR DATA STAYS ON THE PHONE • Items, crew names, sites, photos and history are stored only on your phone • Works offline. No analytics, no tracking. The camera is used only to scan labels and take item photos; no storage permission 10 languages: Deutsch, English, Español, Français, Italiano, Nederlands, Polski, Svenska, Русский, Українська.
