UZYTAK Time: Crew Hours

UZYTAK Time turns the crew leader's phone into the time clock. Tap who started and where, tap who finished. At month end you get a timesheet per worker for payroll and the hours per site for the invoice. No accounts, no cloud, no subscription, no fee per worker. Built first for our own building crew. HOW IT WORKS • Crew board: everyone's status at a glance — not working, working on site X since 07:12, on break • Tick several people and clock them in together on one site; break for all, clock out all • Forgot to clock? Add or fix a shift by hand — every change asks for a reason and is printed • Absences: vacation, sick leave, unpaid leave, other • Shifts past midnight count on their start day CALCULATIONS • Worked hours per day, breaks subtracted (optional automatic 30 min break after 6 h) • Overtime over a daily threshold (default 8 h) and an optional weekly threshold • Night hours with an editable window, Sunday hours, public holidays (Polish ones built in, others marked by hand) • Amount = hours × rate, with an optional overtime multiplier REPORTS FOR THE ACCOUNTANT • Monthly timesheet PDF per worker: one row per day, totals, change log, signature lines • Crew summary, site report for the client, CSV table for Excel, one ZIP with everything • Send the month's hours per site to UZYTAK Faktura (or any invoice) as text PROOF ONLY WHEN YOU TAP • Optional photo at clock-in/out from the camera app and a one-time location stamp • Never tracks in the background; nothing leaves your phone unless you share a file FREE AND PRO • Free: 2 people, unlimited sites, clock, breaks, photos, location, edits, backup, this month's timesheet • Pro, paid once: unlimited people, every past month, crew and site reports, CSV and ZIP, rates and amounts on PDF • Recorded hours are never locked YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE • No account, no cloud, no ads, no analytics • Backup to one ZIP file — keep it in Drive or email it to yourself • Each worker on their own phone? That is UZYTAK Field Teams. UZYTAK Time helps you keep work-hour records. It is not a certified time-recording system; you remain responsible for the record-keeping rules in your country. 10 languages: Deutsch, English, Español, Français, Italiano, Nederlands, Polski, Svenska, Русский, Українська.
