MY Wallet is an official digital document wallet initiative of the Urban Administration and Development Department (UADD), Government of Madhya Pradesh. The application is designed to provide citizens with a secure, reliable, and convenient platform to access, store, and verify their government-issued certificates, licenses, and documents. The platform enables citizens to fetch and manage documents issued by multiple government departments through secure, automated integrations. MY Wallet eliminates the need to carry physical copies of certificates by allowing users to store digitally verified documents in one centralized location. Key features of MY Wallet include: • Secure access to government-issued documents. • Automated document fetching through authorized department systems and Digi Locker. • QR code and hash-based document verification. • Consent-based data sharing for document access. • Aadhaar-based e-Sign support for eligible documents. • Multi-language support for better accessibility. • Activity logs and audit trails for transparency. • Secure document sharing with time-bound access control. MY Wallet follows government-prescribed security standards, ensuring data encryption at rest and in transit. User privacy is strictly protected through consent-driven access and compliance with applicable IT, security, and data protection guidelines. The application is intended for citizens of Madhya Pradesh and supports services from UADD-led platforms such as e-Nagar Palika 2.0, Building Permission systems, and civil registration services including Birth, Death, and Marriage Certificates. Additional departments will be onboarded in a phased manner. MY Wallet is a step towards digital governance, transparency, and ease of access to public services, empowering citizens to interact with government systems in a trusted digital ecosystem.
