Then use your extension’s login credentials to sign in. (Note: your admin login created at signup will not work in the app.) 4. How do I ensure high call quality? For the best experience, use a strong Wi-Fi connection. If Wi-Fi isn’t available, the app uses your cellular data. Like all VoIP apps, weak Wi-Fi or poor data signal can affect call quality. 5.
