UCTG Conductor nació a partir de la necesidad existente en la UNIÓN DE COOPERATIVAS DE TRANSPORTE EN TAXIS DEL GUAYAS de brindar un servicio de mayor calidad, seguridad y accesibilidad a los ciudadanos de la provincia. Está dirigida a los conductores de vehículos convencionales regularizados que estén comprometidos con la calidad del servicio de transporte en taxis. Esta iniciativa aumenta en un 60% las posibilidades de recepción de carreras para los conductores.
¿Cómo acceder a la aplicación?
Puede acercarse, llamar o escribir a la UNIÓN DE COOPERATIVAS DE TRANSPORTE EN TAXIS DEL GUAYAS, proveer sus datos y los del vehículo.
Funcionalidades principales
1. Recibe solicitudes desde el aplicativo de los clientes o desde el sistema del Call Center, emitiendo un mensaje de voz para alertar al conductor.
2. Incorpora un tarifario ajustado a los valores establecidos en cada localidad por los organismos regulatorios.
3. Incluye taxímetro que solo podrá ser usado como referencia hasta que sea homologado.
4. Cuenta con comunicación por radiofrecuencia vía internet, esta tecnología prevalecerá en el futuro cercano como sustitución a las radios.
5. Geolocaliza el dispositivo (vehículo-conductor) en tiempo real y lo visualiza a través en un mapa.
6. Se conecta, transmite y recibir datos a través de las redes móviles de cualquiera de las operadoras del país (Claro, Movistar, CNT) y por medio de redes WIFI.
7. Envía la posición del dispositivo (vehículo-conductor) al servidor central para que sea registrado en la bitácora y se actualice de forma automática en el mapa del sistema del Call Center.
8. Permite que el conductor ejecute el proceso de las solicitudes, aceptar, rechazar, cancelar y completar.
9. Refleja los datos de las solicitudes incluyendo la información del cliente, el origen de recogida, destino y trayectoria a seguir por medio de un mapa. Los cambios de estados de las solicitudes se deben registrar en el servidor central y actualizarse en el sistema del Call Center.
10. Permite que el conductor pueda cambiar el estado de su vehículo (libre, ocupado, fuera de servicio) y actualizar esta información en tiempo real en el aplicativo del Call Center.
11. Brinda la posibilidad de emitir alarmas de ayuda, que se refleja en el mapa del Call Center y en el de los demás conductores cercanos a su posición.
12. Permite que los conductores puedan cambiar de vehículos en el caso que conduzcan más de uno.
Requisitos para su correcto funcionamiento
Los Conductores deben poseer dispositivos móviles con sistema operativo versión Android 4.2 o superior, con un plan de datos de 300 MB o más.
