Ethicq Tuner

Tune without ads, trackers, analytics or an account. Ethicq Tuner analyzes audio as it arrives and never records, uploads or keeps it. Every measurement feature is free. Pro adds depth, not accuracy. Choose chromatic tuning or 54 tunings across 20 instruments: Balalaika, Banjo, Bass, Bouzouki, Cello, Charango, Double bass, Guitar, Lap steel, Mandocello, Mandola, Mandolin, Orchestral, Oud, Pedal steel, Resonator, Sitar, Ukulele, Viola and Violin. The reading shows the note, signed deviation in cents to one decimal place, and which way to tune on a scale from 50 cents flat to 50 cents sharp. Once the reading settles within 2 cents, it reports in tune. Set concert pitch from 380 Hz to 500 Hz, or use 415 Baroque, 430 Classical, 432, 440 Concert, 442 Orchestral or 443 Continental. Choose Equal, Just, Kirnberger III, Pythagorean, Quarter-comma meantone or Werckmeister III. The pitch pipe can play any string of any included tuning. Polyphonic detection is also included in the free tier. The free tier keeps 7 days of tuning history. Pro is an optional one-time purchase that adds unlimited history and Drift. Drift estimates how fast an instrument goes out of tune in cents per day from how far out it is when next picked up and the time since the previous session. It assumes the instrument was tuned at the end of each session and was not adjusted in between. Pro does not change the tuning reading. Light, dark and high-contrast sunlight modes, haptics and keep-screen-awake are built in.
