UCS

UCS is a modern workforce attendance management app designed for seamless daily operations. Employees can mark their attendance by scanning the office QR code — the app captures the scan along with GPS location to ensure accurate, fraud-proof records. Key Features: * QR Code Punch In/Out — Scan the office QR code to punch in and out. The app vibrates on successful scan and stays ready for the next use. * GPS Location Verification — Each punch is verified with your real-time GPS location to prevent remote or fraudulent attendance marking. * Attendance History — View your complete attendance log with daily status (Present, Absent, Late, Leave), worked hours, and late-by duration. * Monthly Overview — Track your monthly attendance stats at a glance, including present days, absences, late arrivals, and leave taken. * Leave Management — Apply for leave directly from the app with different leave types (Sick, Casual, Annual, Emergency, Half-day). Track your application status. * Advance Salary Requests — Request salary advances when needed. Submit requests and track approval status. * Profile Management — Edit your personal details, qualifications, and bank information for salary disbursement. * Late Deduction Tracking — Monitor your late minutes and understand how they affect salary deductions with clear tier-based explanations. * Attendance Calendar — Visual calendar view showing your daily attendance status with color-coded indicators for present, absent, late, holidays, events, and birthdays. * Monthly Consistency — Track your attendance consistency with percentage-based progress bars. UCS helps organizations streamline workforce management while giving employees full visibility into their attendance records and company policies.
