Total Transparency

Total Transparency is the official mobile app for authorized field investigators of Total Transparency Investigation Pvt. Ltd. This app is a work tool, not a public social or consumer app. It lets field investigators securely access cases assigned to them, update investigation details while they are in the field, upload supporting documents, track charges, and receive case alerts from the office CRM. WHO THIS APP IS FOR • Field investigators (FO) who already have a Total Transparency investigator account • Staff who have been granted investigator login by the company administrator • Other roles (office users, report writers, admins) cannot sign in to this mobile app If you do not have company credentials, you will not be able to create an account or use the app. WHAT YOU CAN DO Secure sign-in • Sign in with your company email and password • Complete captcha verification • Confirm login with a one-time OTP sent to your email • Your session is stored securely on the device Case dashboard • See cases assigned to you in one list • Each case card shows case number, insurance company, TAT, life assured (LA) name, policy number, assigned office user, case type, city, status, and priority • Search by case, company, policy, LA name, or case type • Filter by company, case type, status, priority, and date range • Statuses include Open, Under Investigation, Under QC, Review & Share, Closed, and Withdrawal • Priorities include Normal, Urgent, Emergency, Admin, and Observation • Copy a case summary to the clipboard • Pull to refresh and scroll to load more cases Case details and field work • Open a case to view full investigation fields • Update fields that your administrator has marked as editable by the investigator (text, numbers, dates, dropdowns, and checkboxes) • Add or edit investigator notes • Call a phone number directly from telephone or mobile fields • Copy field values when you need them for follow-up Documents • Upload one or more files to a case • Tag each upload (for example, investigation documents) so the office team can find them • Open and review uploaded documents • Remove a document you uploaded if it was added by mistake Charges and pending calculations • View investigator charges linked to a case, including amount, type, remark, and payment date • When your administrator enables calculation visibility, open Pending Calculations • See a payment summary: opening balance, case charges, additional charges, penalties, paid amount, total, and balance due • Search pending items by case, company, policy, or remark Notifications • Receive live in-app alerts when the office updates a case or sends a message • See unread count on the notification icon • Open the Notifications screen to read and mark items as read Account • View your name, email, phone number, and profile photo • Change your password • Sign out of the app HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in with your investigator email, password, captcha, and email OTP. 2. Open Dashboard to see assigned cases. 3. Search or filter to find the case you are working on. 4. Open the case, update investigation fields and notes, and upload tagged documents. 5. Check notifications for new office updates. 6. If enabled on your account, review pending calculations and payment summary. IMPORTANT • This app is only for official investigation work assigned by Total Transparency. • You need an active investigator account created by the company. There is no public registration. • Case data is confidential and is shown only for cases assigned to the signed-in investigator. • Features such as pending calculations appear only when your administrator turns them on for your account.
