TrueWasher

Laundry, collected from your door and brought back clean. TrueWasher is a laundry pickup and delivery service. You choose when we come, what needs washing, and where to bring it back. We handle the rest. HOW IT WORKS 1. Book a pickup Enter your address, pick a date and time that suits you, and tell us what is in the load. 2. We collect A TrueWasher rider arrives in your chosen slot and takes your laundry to our wash centre. 3. Track it Your order moves through collected, washing, and out for delivery. You can see where it is at any point, and we send you a notification each time it changes. 4. Back at your door Clean, dry and folded, delivered to the address you chose. WHAT YOU CAN SEND Everyday wear, work clothes, native wear, bedding and towels. Tell us the garment types and quantities when you book, and add extras where you need them. PREFER TO DROP OFF? If you would rather bring your laundry to us, choose a drop-off outlet when you book instead of a pickup address. PLANS THAT SUIT HOW OFTEN YOU WASH Pick a monthly plan and get a set number of items each month, or book one order at a time. Your plan usage is on your home screen, so you always know what you have left. YOUR WALLET Top up your TrueWasher wallet and pay for orders from your balance. Redeem a promo code by scanning it or typing it in, and the credit lands in your wallet straight away. WHERE WE OPERATE TrueWasher is live in Ilorin, Kwara State, and we are opening new areas as we grow. If we have not reached you yet, install the app anyway and we will let you know the day we arrive.
