TrueStyle Admin

TrueStyle Admin is the management app for barbershops and salons running on TrueStyleAI. Owners, managers and barbers use it to run the floor — the live queue, the team, the service menu and the customer list — from a phone or tablet. IMPORTANT: this app requires an existing TrueStyleAI salon account. Staff accounts are created by your salon administrator; there is no public sign-up. RUN THE FLOOR • Live queue — see who is waiting, who is in the chair and how long the wait is, updating in real time • QR codes — customers scan to join your queue, no phone call needed • Fill a Chair — push a flash offer when you have an unexpected gap MANAGE YOUR SHOP • Barbers and stylists — add staff and set what each one offers • Services — build your service menu with prices and durations • Service times — per-barber durations, so wait estimates reflect who is actually working today • Style Catalog — curate the hairstyles your shop offers KNOW YOUR CUSTOMERS • Customer list with visit history and previous services • Insights — how the shop and each barber is performing • Reviews left by customers after their visit GROW • Credits and gift cards • Referrals • Broadcasts — message your customer base • Ask AI Business Assistant — ask questions about your shop in plain language FOR BARBERS Barbers get their own view: Scheduler for the day ahead, My Clients, Portfolio, My Service Times, and Reach Out for customers who are overdue a visit. AI HAIRSTYLE PREVIEW TrueStyleAI generates hairstyle previews from a customer photo, so they can see a style before committing. Customers use this in the TrueStyle Customer app; the styles you offer are managed here in the Style Catalog. Questions or support: [email protected]
