Trans ACNR Field Service

Trans ACNR Field Service is the official service application for Trans ACNR Solutions Ltd., a trusted manufacturer of transport air-conditioning and refrigeration systems for buses, trucks, railways and defence vehicles. This application is intended for Trans ACNR service engineers, supervisors, service advisors and authorised service partners. It is not a consumer application and requires credentials issued by Trans ACNR. KEY FEATURES: (1) Complaint and work order management, receive assigned complaints with vehicle, customer and fault details in real time. (2) Digital job cards, record diagnosis, error codes, work performed and parts consumed on site, replacing paper job cards. (3) Technician dispatch and status tracking, view assigned jobs, update status from travel to completion, and log turnaround time accurately. (4) Spare parts and material sheets, search the spare parts catalogue, raise material requirements against a job card, and maintain accurate consumption records. (5) Photo and document capture, attach installation, fault and completion photographs to the job record for warranty and quality review. (6) Service reports and customer sign-off, generate the service report on completion and capture the customer's acknowledgement digitally. (7) Warranty and AMC visibility, see warranty status and contract coverage before commencing work. (8) Offline capability, continue recording work at locations with poor connectivity; data syncs when the network returns.
