Tralogit

Tralogit is the mobile app for road transport teams. It gives drivers, fleet managers and maintenance leads what they need on the road, from their phone. A Tralogit account is required to sign in. Accounts are created by your company administrator on the web platform. FOR DRIVERS Electronic logging device (ELD) Switch duty status in seconds: off duty, sleeper berth, driving, on duty, personal use, yard move. The app continuously shows your remaining driving time, on-duty time and cycle, against the 10 h, 13 h and 14 h caps. Daily log and inspection mode Review your log, correct an entry when needed, and show your hours to an inspector from a screen built for it. DVIR inspections Run your pre-trip inspection from the templates your company defines. Report defects, flag the critical ones, sign and submit. Fuel and IFTA Log every fill-up: litres, price per litre, station, receipt number and a photo of the receipt. The jurisdiction is detected automatically from your location, for your IFTA reporting. Trips Find your assigned trips, their details and the documents attached to them. FOR MANAGERS AND MAINTENANCE Live map Track your vehicles in real time: position, speed, ignition, fuel, engine RPM, coolant temperature, odometer and estimated time of arrival. Fault codes and vehicle health Review the fault codes reported by your vehicles, sorted by severity, with recommended actions, and mark them resolved. Work orders and maintenance Create and follow work orders and maintenance jobs, with photos attached. Alerts Get the alerts that matter: speeding, geofence entry and exit, harsh braking and acceleration, harsh cornering, extended idling, device unplugged, accident, tow, distress call, hours of service violations and delays against the expected arrival time. Vehicles and drivers Open any vehicle (mileage, last position, next service, fault codes, recent trips) and any driver (licence and expiry, certifications, emergency contact), and call a driver in one tap. Trip dispatch Create a trip from the phone: the vehicle brings its driver, capacity and cargo type, and the amount is worked out from quantity and rate. Reassign a vehicle or driver on the way; the driver is notified. Invoices See what is outstanding and overdue, create the invoice for a completed trip, email it to the client and mark it paid. Profit, fuel and reports Profit per vehicle and per trip, month by month. Tank levels, refuels, possible fuel theft and leaks, consumption per vehicle. Activity reports per vehicle: daily trips, trip detail, movements and driving performance. Dashcams Review the videos and photos captured at alarms, keep those tied to an incident, and watch the road or the cab live. AI assistant Ask about your fleet in plain words: late trips, available vehicles, least profitable trips, what a fault code means. Messaging Talk to your dispatcher and your team without leaving the app. FOR STOCK MANAGEMENT Check stock and the items below their reorder point, record usage (for a vehicle) or a restock, and follow each item's movements. Some features depend on your company's subscription and your account's role. SECURITY Two-factor authentication at sign-in, and app lock by fingerprint or face recognition. BILINGUAL Full interface in French and English. www.tralogit.com [email protected]
