Tracis Operator

Tracis is the fastest way for clinics, labs, and phlebotomy practices to get specimens moving. Request a courier in seconds, track every pickup in real time, and keep a clean chain of custody from your door to the lab — all from your phone. Built for healthcare logistics, not ride-sharing. Every request captures exactly what a specimen run needs — specimen type, handling, temperature, and access notes — and routes it to a trained courier. No patient health information is ever required or stored. Why Tracis • On-demand & STAT — Book a standard run or a STAT pickup when minutes matter, plus after-hours coverage. • Real-time tracking — Follow your courier on the map and know exactly when specimens reach the lab. • Chain of custody — Timestamped handoffs and delivery confirmation on every pickup. • Cold-chain ready — Flag temperature and handling needs up front so specimens arrive viable. • Trained couriers — W-2 employees trained on cold-chain, biohazard handling, and custody — not gig drivers. • Transparent pricing — See the cost before you book. No surge guessing. Run your practice • Practice dashboard — Pickups completed, on-time rate, and the courier hours you've recovered. • Records — A complete, searchable history of every pickup with specimens, route, and cost. • Supplies — Track tubes, bags, and cold packs, with low-stock alerts. • Billing & invoices — Clear, itemized invoices for every billing period.
