WHAT YOU CAN DO • See available runs the moment dispatch assigns them — practice, specimen types, tube counts, due time, and the required temperature (e.g. 2–8 °C) shown right on the card. • Accept or pass a run in one tap. STAT and priority runs are clearly flagged. • Follow turn-by-turn navigation to the pickup site and the destination lab. • Confirm pickups with a built-in chain-of-custody checklist, tube count, temperature reading, and on-site dwell timer. • Mark deliveries complete with temperature-compliance and chain-of-custody records. New couriers complete a short onboarding: upload your documents, add your vehicle, and consent to a background check. You can go on duty and accept runs once an administrator approves your account.
