Know that room 7 is guest-ready — because you can see it on your phone, with photos. Pokoyo is a housekeeping app for guesthouses, B&Bs and small hotels: cleaning checklists for your staff, photo proof of completed work, and live room status for the owner. Works offline, staff join with a simple invite code (no emails), interface in English, Polish and Ukrainian. Not a PMS — Pokoyo runs alongside the booking calendar you already use.

What's new

After a few rooms handed over, Pokoyo now asks whether you would like to rate the app — one tap, without leaving for the store. We ask once per version and only after work went through, never in the middle of it. Everything else is unchanged: the same checklists, photos and issue reports.
