roomtrackcr: Cleaning Schedule

Back-to-back turnovers, a group chat full of door codes, and a cleaner asking "which unit is today?" roomtrackcr puts your rental cleanings, your cleaning team and your calendar in one simple app. Built for short-term and vacation rental hosts who rely on cleaners between guests. Connect your Airbnb calendar once, share the schedule with your team, and see each room checked off the moment it's done. WHAT YOU GET ✓ Automatic cleaning tasks Paste your Airbnb calendar link once. Every check-in and check-out becomes a task, sorted by day. New bookings appear and cancellations drop off on their own. (Vrbo and Booking.com coming soon.) ✓ Live check-offs Cleaners tap each room as they finish. You see who did it and when, in real time, with a notification on your phone. ✓ Photo proof Cleaners add a photo of each finished room, so you know it's guest-ready without driving over. ✓ Team chat Message your cleaners inside the app instead of across texts, calls and WhatsApp. ✓ Door codes, wifi & checklists Keep lockbox codes, wifi passwords and cleaning checklists for each property in one place, shared only with your team. ✓ Month calendar & timeline See every booking across all your properties, color-coded, at a glance. ✓ Easy team access Send your cleaner an invite link. No app install or account needed on their side. Remove access anytime. ✓ Community board Swap tips with other hosts and cleaners. WHO IT'S FOR • Airbnb and vacation rental hosts with one property or many • Co-hosts and property managers coordinating several owners' cleanings • Cleaners working for several hosts (switch between workspaces in one tap) Available in English and Korean (한국어).
