TourSync

TourSync is a tour scheduling platform designed for docents at museums and cultural institutions. It provides docents with a simple, reliable way to plan and manage guided tours—right when the group arrives—while allowing each organization to configure its own tour content and structure. Instead of working backward from paper notes or mental math, docents enter the tour end time and TourSync automatically builds a complete, balanced schedule for every stop. End-Time Driven Scheduling Set the “Back on Bus” time and TourSync instantly calculates start and end times for every gallery. Flexible Tour Setup Choose tour type, starting gallery, and customize which stops are included based on your organization’s tour design. Dynamic Adjustments During the Tour Easily adapt timing as needed while keeping the overall schedule intact. Multi-Museum Platform TourSync is designed to support multiple museums and tour environments. Organizations can configure and manage their own tour data, allowing the same app to be used across different institutions. Built for Real-World Use Designed specifically for docent workflows—fast setup, clear timing, and easy reference during active tours. Cue Cards at Your Fingertips Access curated talking points for each stop to support consistent, engaging tours. My Notes Add your own notes and attach photos to personalize your tour experience.
