Full description
One shared expense tracker for the whole house. Most expense trackers assume one person. But rent, groceries and bills are rarely one person's problem, so the spending ends up scattered across a WhatsApp thread, somebody's notes app, and a spreadsheet nobody else opens. Finlytics gives a household one set of books that everyone writes to. KEY FEATURES • One shared ledger. Every member sees every transaction, who paid it, and which account it came from. Your household exists the moment you sign in; there is nothing to set up. • Expenses, income and transfers kept apart. A salary does not read as spending, and moving money between your own accounts does not either, so your household expenses stay honest. • Real balances across cash and bank accounts. Every account carries its own running balance, and you can send money to another member's account without leaving the app. • An offline expense tracker in the literal sense. Log something with no signal and it is saved straight away, then syncs itself when you are back. A badge tells you whether you are live, syncing or behind. • Spending you can actually read: a day-by-day heatmap, a category breakdown, a month-on-month trend, and a filter for any single account. • One currency per household, chosen once. Amounts are stored exactly and shown to two decimal places. • An optional biometric lock, off unless you turn it on. WHY FINLYTICS It is built for the people who actually share the money. Expenses for couples, for flatmates, for families — not for one person tracking a household alone and reading the totals out later. As a money manager it is deliberately narrow. It records what your household spends and what it holds, and nothing else. It never asks for your bank login: there is no account linking and no third party sitting between you and your money. You type what you spent, which is the only method that works for cash anyway. The moment it earns its place is an ordinary one. Somebody pays for groceries on the way home, with no signal in the shop, and it is simply there in the ledger when the other person opens the app. Finlytics is free to use on your own, for as long as you like. Premium adds sharing: inviting somebody into your household, joining one that already exists, and analytics past the last 30 days. A shared expense tracker for people who share the bills.
