Full description

Guardrail Operator is a restricted tool for authorized towing and parking partners. Operators can check a license plate without seeing student identity, document the vehicle, choose the pending enforcement action and reason, and receive a clear hold instruction when an active Guardrail vehicle is matched. Non-matching plates return no student information and create no Guardrail warning. Access is issued and managed by Guardrail administrators.

What's new

Matched Guardrail vehicles now open a fast full-screen workflow showing the vehicle details and large tow, cite, boot, or other actions. Operators can choose a common or custom violation, notify the owner, and see the property response timer before the app resets for the next plate. This release also improves plate scanning, match feedback, driver-session reliability, and remembered Auto/On/Off flashlight preferences.
