Timken Mitra is a loyalty program exclusively designed by Evolve Brand for registered mechanics to reward them on purchasing Timken products. Mechanics can initiate their registration through this Application. The registration will be subject to the approval by the authorized Team. The Application can be used by registered approved mechanics & the rewards/benefits can be availed/redeemed by any successfully registered mechanic subject to their verification of the data & procedure established. Earn points This Application has been launched with effect from March 2023 and in this program, mechanics can scan the unique codes given in the products before the expiry date mentioned on coupons. Once the codes have been scanned, mechanics can redeem these points accumulated as per their convenience through the Application. Coupons will show error/inactive/invalid against scanning if coupon expiry date is over. Redemption Point redemption option is given in the App. Money will be transferred via the Bank / UPI transfer as per the details submitted at the time of registration by the users. Term & Condition Who are we? ‘Timken Mitra Program’ entails engagement programs wherein Mechanics engage with Timken’s authorized distributors through Timken Mitra Application. The Timken Mitra Application can be installed and used by anyone. However, in order to avail the benefits, one has to be a registered mechanic, which shall happen after completing the registration process and submitting all mandatory details as requested in the Application and adhering to all Terms & Conditions as mentioned in Application. Timken Mitra Program’s team have the discretion to approve or reject the mechanics registration request on the basis of validation of data from registration process of mechanics. The Timken Mitra is open only to mechanics that are resident Indian nationals and have purchased product of Timken and have registered in this program. Successfully registered mechanics shall avail the benefits that are designed to earn Coupons points on selective products which bears Timken physical coupons. Products are available without the coupons also as the offer keeps changing basis the promo pack and some packs of the participating products may not bear coupons due to packing error and no benefits in terms of reward via the Application will be provided for the packs without coupon. Timken Mitra Team reserves the right to withdraw any or all promotion benefits, at any point of time without prior intimation. On becoming a member of the Program, the applicant authorizes Timken Mitra Team to use data submitted by him/her under the Program in any manner as per the requirement of Timken’s authorized distributors. The Coupons points in the members account are non-transferable. The rewards due against Coupons points earned are not replaceable or refundable in cash nor can they be exchanged for any other alternative denominations. Any fraud or abuse of the coupons and/or rewards/benefits arising out of the Program is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action including forfeiture of accumulated Coupons points and related rewards/benefits, and may result into the cancellation of the membership. If some Coupons points and/or rewards/benefits are wrongly credited into coupon holder mechanics account, the same shall be debited and the person shall be informed accordingly. In case of any dispute on the Coupons points and/or rewards/benefits, the same shall be communicated to Timken’s authorized distributors. Use & Validity 1. All the Coupons, even after their issuance, remain the property of Orange Connect team. In case the closing of this orange Timken Mitra, the Coupons points shall lapse. 2. Coupons points can be redeemed only through Timken Mitra Application 3. Coupons points can be redeemed only by way of Scanning of physical coupons.
